Their snippet in the Google listing says, "Buy and Sell Text Link Ads and Banners in our Advertising Marketplace."

Maybe that's why they've been banned. Type Linksmile into Google and you get only one result - their homepage! Bing has 6,800 results.

It looks like a Google handban for the term rather than the site which seems unusual. Using startpage.com to search Google, strangely, gives me a fair few results.
