3Six, if I remove the pre-moderation and leave this open to anyone to sell whatever they want it could soon be overrun with spam.

I can review the pre-moderation restriction after a while and after tracking this section to see how it goes.

OK, I see now that the pre-moderation was a good call

Suggestion: Make it compulsory that the domain name is always disclosed with any listing. There is the privacy issue and some people may not want the world to know their site is for sale but that has to be balanced against the scam potential if they can keep the domain confidential.
