Depends what kind of stuff you want to run. If you just want to run incent offers I'd recommend BlamAds. We don't really run any traditional CPA, it's all incent - most of the mainstream networks should be pretty solid though.

One thing to always bear in mind with CPA networks is few pay small amounts so if you don't generate a lot of traffic best to stick with one or two until they make payments and then build up. I registered for like 30 and got accounts but my traffic for some has been so low they have never made a payment to me. Now I end up scrabbling around trying to find offers on these to make a threshold. Newbies beware or you will never see any cash even clickbank has a minimum so get one site profitable before building 50 that aren't.Learn from my mistakes!!

Sparkleads and Redfirenetwork are really good too, I use them for my GPT site, and they both have CSV exporters, and postback integration.. for those of you who need more affiliates that is cause that is a pretty big list (:

If your looking for an easy network to get involved with try peerfly. Always been good to me, and approval is extremely easy.
