I actually got 2-3 refs from Instant Messengers (refs who joined FP)
I got about 983 contacts, bout 850 of them are in the Internet Marketing industry, and about 400 active.
This is MSN alone, so basically instead of building a mailing list, I built myself a contact list :P.
Well Instant Messengers don't convert very well for most of the products, this is just luck, I got another guy who is intersted in learning to be an affiliate of CB, so it might help him. So basically I earned $37+$37 = $72 in just less than 24 hours from the site set up (hopefully I will get my 2nd sale soon)
This is very interesting thread. I have seen sites on Flippa which are just amazon affiliate site. Do these type of site sell on Flippa?
Here is an example
https://flippa.com/auctions/120694
Never sold anything to do with Amazon but I doubt it. At least with PLR you can re-brand it and make it unique. The auction you linked only has a BIN of $75, so after a $19 listing fee (assuming no other features) and a success fee, it's barely worth your time writing the listing.
With lower end sites like that, I really would look for marketplaces less saturated with turnkey sellers, work on a good upsell process and you'll do much better than those who sell on Flippa.
On the other hand if you look at sites on Flippa that have revenue... almost every single one of them are going for over $500.
Thanks. When you say revenue, does Adsense/Amazon revenue count?
Any one of you only do domain name flipping?
Any revenue counts as long as it's transferable to the new owner.
Not really flipped domains to be honest, so can't be of much use there.
