Trust Manager
Increase your Flippa Trust manager, verify your phone number, connect a Facebook account (create new one if you want), connect a Linkedin account (create new one if you don’t have).

Provide a real pic!
As your account picture, it’s better to provide a real picture of yourself then to provide a random pic, people want to know who they are dealing with.

Have a Bio
This one is related to the above tip, people want to know with who they are dealing with, so a short bio about yourself in your account would be great.

Screenshots
The more screenshots you have, the more confident the buyers are on what they are purchasing, but don’t add 50 screenshots, just all the required screenshots proving what you say.

Provide All Contact Information
Provide all your available contact information, your Instant Messenger IDs (every which you have), your email, your phone number.

Respond to All Comments!
If the comment is positive, or negative, respond to it, and answer truthfully and detailed!

Use a real name as your username
This might make a slightly small difference, probably not, but using your real name in your username is better.

All helpful points. Not sure about using a real name - I just use a company name. I also don't have an avatar. I tend to just give Skype and my phone number - always seems a bit more professional that way.

I haven't sold anything on flippa yet but i'll def make this my check list. Im not gonna give out my real name i'll use my business name
