Your previous (now deleted) post made an accusation of someone being a fraudster. You provided no link to a court decision or conviction and you tell me by PM that there isn't one. That makes your post a violation of forum rules.

You go on to argue by PM that you should be free to state your opinion and that you are legally covered as it's your "belief". This demonstrates a very poor understanding of what constitues a sound "opinion" defence - you can't make a statement of fact and later claim it was opinion. In any case, it appears that your only interest is in defending yourself, whatever the cost to others who hold responsibility for publishing your rants. This is after all the effort I've put in to protect and not disclose email addresses and IPs of posters in this thread!

Your last post is a further violation of forum rules, specifically rule 10. I am giving you an infraction. Infractions on these boards are permanent. Acquire one more infraction and you'll be permanently banned.

I don't normally do this in public, but there are many subscribers to this thread - from the subject of this discussion to lawyers on both sites - who would have seen your posts, even ones now deleted.

If Clinton is removing your posts it is for a good reason. He doesn't have the cloak of anonymity that you have, I'd recommend that you start a blog (using your real personal information in the whois) and post your comments if you're willing to stand behind them in a court of law.

I realize this is a somewhat dated thread, but I just found it, and feel that I can still contribute to it..

I live in Jerome, ID, the same small town in which TruckMaster Logistics Systems is based. Many of us here in town know the full story of what happened, and I assure you that Avid Amiri was not simply someone who took advantage of someone's failure to renew a domain. I asked the owner of the business to look at this thread and comment, but he told me that in conjunction with the settlement that Amiri signed, he signed a non-disclosure agreement.

Nevertheless, I and many others in this town know the details of what happened prior to any agreement signing, and would be glad to let any prospective buyers of Mr. Amiri's services know what they're dealing with, privately.. It's second-hand knowledge, but it's verifiable.

I've got to tell you, Clinton, I've gained much respect for you in the way that you handled this guy. He's a unique piece of work (luckily), and you da man for holding your ground with him. The only other guy I've ever seen (and I've done research) handle this guy as well is Greg Dodson, the owner of TruckMaster Logistics Systems (www.truckmaster.com), in getting his property back from this experienced scam artist, where many have failed.

I understand if Clinton doesn't want the action on this thread resurrected, but Amiri has a new business venture and I think people considering doing business with this 'gentleman' should have a little background. Avid is an excellant salesperson, very slick, so hopefully people will continue to stumble across your thread and it will raise a few red flags that will help them overcome the smooth talk. I just wanted to post to the thread to 'keep the red flag waving' because I am sure Amir is keyword bombing google with his name trying to overtake this forum in the rankings.

Search Avid Amiri Organic Traffic for his new business information, he has a press release that contains some interesting comments and accusations regarding the folks posting on this forum. I am not a vigilante terrorist hunter and I am not one of the racist neighbors but I have done business with this person . . . and my username says it all.

Thanks for the tip off, underwater. The press release you refer to is here. Avid, just like anybody else is perfectly entitled to defend himself and he has laid out his position clearly there. If anyone has a problem with what he's said on that page, take it up directly with him, he has provided an email address.

I'm not in the habit of closing threads and I'm not closing this one, but I request future posters - especially first time posters - to pause before posting. Consider carefully if what you have to say adds substantially to the thread or adds significant new information. If it doesn't then don't post. I'm not happy about people signing up to make a single post in this thread and then disappearing forever. I'll protect your identity and IP if you're a genuine member of this forum; I feel less obliged if you're here just to jump on a bandwagon, vent your frustration, play stooge or nobble a competitor.
