Does clickbank pay through PayPal? If yes, I can't find anything of it on their site.

Check or wire. The first two payments are checks no matter what you choose. After the first two payouts, you may opt for weekly wires.

Yeah, and they only do wire in certain countries. If you're unfortunate enough to live in a third world country then cheque is your only option.

The wire option is a new thing it used to be a check which was a pain in the UK on occasions I got a cheque where the bank charges were worth more than the cheque. But now the dollar is stronger that never happens even on a bad CB month.
