Thanks for sharing the tips. They are going in my notebook. All the tips were helpful, but I especially like #6, I would have never thought of that. Also thanks for suggestion #7; I'm always on the lookout for ways to avoid conflict.
I came in again today to do my homework and reread your post, gave me some insights that I didn't pick up the first time.
I also went ahead and got a copy...

Right on MojoFlip! Thanks for your support and like I said before I really wish you the best of luck working with Bryan and Thomas. You'll be that much better off and in a position to help other people.
Keep up the good work!

Thanks for your encouragement, Ryan!
I feel very happy for you, especially getting such good results from your maiden flip! This definitely injects a healthy dose of adrenaline to your morale. You are now in the 4 digit zone, next step will be looking at scaling up and going into the big league.
I really like this one -> "How Flipping Cars Relates to Flipping Websites" where you gave a good lesson on acquiring the right mindset. Also appreciate G-Flips, Springer98 & Bluey4 for chipping in with their thoughts, which makes the thread even better.
You don't post often but I can say your contributions to the community here is being felt by everyone.
