FP - Decision Help On First Site Flip

So I got I have a decision to make for my first site I want to try to flip.How do I go about choosing a site to flip?
How do I know which niche is easier to dominate?
Is the site really worth the price?
I'm between buying 2 sites atm.

Got 4 sales in 1 day but uses ppc to advertise so there is no seo done on this site yet.

or I can wait some days and buy this.Brand new site and doesn't have any work doe to it.

Really depends on your overall plan/strategy Zero.

Whats the approximate cost for jailbreaksiphone? If its PPC traffic only - if you dont want to continue PPC or its not equitable to do so, you need to look at current content, cost/time to implement SEO/backlinking and decide if thats a wise investment or if you're better off with creating unlockaniphone (which to me at least seems the more desirable URL) from scratch.
My best advice would be to (as with all investing) remove emotion from the equation, crunch the numbers and make an objective judgement call on whats the most likely to be profitable for you.

Backlinkstore - Again depends on price and whats involved to develop it...you could probabaly nab an equally good or better domain to develop from scratch, but if its going cheap then go for it

For the iphone site, did he tell you how much he spent to make those 4 sales? What if he spent more than he made? Then it would lower the value of the site by a ton, especially if you're not experienced with PPC and wouldn't know how to make it profitable.

I personally would stay away from the other 2 because they are brand new sites without any history behind them. It would probably be cheaper for you to just buy a new domain and setup a site yourself.

Your best bet for your first flip is a site that's making some sort of revenue and getting traffic already. It doesn't have to be a whole lot as I'm sure you want to lower your overall risk for your first flip, but some traffic/revenue is much better than a brand new site with nothing. Even if you find a site making $20 per month which you should be able to buy for pretty cheap, you will have a much higher chance of flipping it for a profit down the road than if you bought a brand new site with no history.
