I am about to take the plunge on Flippa and in researching the sites that sell compared to the sites that do not. I noticed that many of the sellers of the adsense/niche sites that sell make claims that there turnkey adsense site has potential to make the buyer $6522 a month or $2322 a month. These are sites that are brand new, with no backlinks and not ranked in the top 200
The sites that are more realistic that say make 50 dollars a month usually do not sell or if they do its for a cheap price.

I want to know if the sellers that make earning potential claims face any issues like customer wanting a refund or flippa banning them. Because there is no way in hell these sites can make that kind of money.

Also another question I have is about guarantees.
I noticed that lots of turnkey adsense/niche sellers make guarantees on the listings like if you do not make $4000 in three months get your money back then there is a BIN for 400 bucks and those sites sell! and again no backlinks, brand new site, no where on the search engines. Do these sellers that make these types of listings have to give money back when these sites wont make that money? Or is the buyer SOL
