One thing I've wondered about selling a CB product website is, how do you deal with the vendor id? If it's a profitable product then that means there should be a lot of affiliates sending people through the hoplink to the product page. If you sell just the product and landing page and have the buyer change the links to his own CB account then all the hops that are making the site valuable will go away. They'll no longer be pointing to the right vendor.

So does CB have a way to transfer a vendor ID so that the hops being sent to the site will continue but be credited to the new owner? I think the sales that make the CB site valuable would dry up instantly after the sale unless there's a legitimate way to deal with that.

Just something I've been wondering about that I thought might affect a sale like this one.

Cool, thanks for the link Thomas.

Depends on quality of the LP and product. Also depends how good you are at writing sales copy for Flippa.

Something in the $200-500 range would be about the average.

Correct. I've brokered a few sites for regular Clickbank vendors in the past and this is exactly what they did, knowing in advance that they want to flip. I'm not sure how easy it is to switch from a master account to a new vendor account so it's probably wise to just do it from the start.
