    FP - Pay Per Rank? ie. $500 for top 10 for "{keyword}"

    Does anyone here have any success hiring freelancers based on pay per rank basis?

    Monthly rate, I hate monthly. Maybe I can buy top 3 for 1 month, then stop, then I just outsource backlink work to maintain the rank.

    I don't know any that would. Would you pay for all the longtails that rank also? Could end up costly that way.
