he told he need money to join college that's why he is selling, he showed all college documents, i called that college and confirmed the identity. he accepts Escrow payments.

Also he said he will give more 300 PR5+ Quality backlinks and more .

his BIN is $2.5k,

Please tell is it good or not ?

that is new blog , he made $150+ adsense in 10 days, i saw his adsense acc thru team viewer,

also he said after purchase he will give 15 unique articles and do 100 social bookmarking n 200 article submission for each articles. Also he will do BMR (buildmyrank.com)

i checked his forum reputations, he has good reps at some leading forum, also confirmed that he is the owner of those profiles,

Well my friend, think about key to website flipping and be successful with it is buy low and sell high. Never buy a site without proof of income.You want a good site get the proof of income, if its about $300 per month you can give it a try but if not stay away. Well if its making $150 my max offer would be $1500.
