FP - Selling 5 New Sites,help

Need a little help guys. I have 5 sites which i want to sell. The sites are new but all are indexed and have 100% unique content.

What will i offer while listing in flippa is:

each site will get 150 unique articles scheduled for next 6 months randomly. so the site will build in authority over time.

each site will have its own twitter account with 1500+ followers.

each site's each article will pass copyscape with No results found, 100% guarantee.

sites are in the following niches.
tattoo removal
tendonitis
throat infections
body waxing
Waders

in total the buyer will get 750 unique and 100% copyscape pass articles scheduled for the site over next 6 months. only this is worth $1500+

What do you think will be fair price for such site bundle?

Tough to say -- it's that "what the market will bear" idea. However, I've seen people selling turnkey sites for $750 - $1500.

If it's your first auction, from what I've seen I'd suggest no reserve and see how high it goes. Scary I know, and also take in account I'm a buyer, not a seller. Either way, reserve or no reserve it will all depend on your positioning / salesmanship. Also, as comments come in, and if some get nasty, resist the temptation to flame back. As a buyer, nothing turns me off more then a fight back and forth. I move on.

Finally, again as I buyer, I always want to know how I'd be guarantee the 'future' items (articles, etc. delivered after the auction). Will money stay in escrow until all is delivered? Do you take 50% now and 50% after all is complete? Obviously handing over 100% of the sale and wondering if I'll get all my articles 6 months later is a bit of a question .

Thanks a lot Brett. U mean $750-1500 per site or for all 5 sites? Regarding articles, all articles will be present in the wordpress backend at the time of sale. All articles will be scheduled for next 6 months, I am using wordpress scheduler for this.

Yes this is my first auction, we can make lots of sites like these per month so if someone is interested in partnering in selling my sites, then we can discuss.

As for $750 - $1500 being per site or for all, tough to say. I've seen one of these sites going for $750 or so, I've also seen people post 5 - 10 and sell the bunch for $1000 or so.

It's in an area that I don't buy much / at all. I look for historical info (4 - 6 months or so) for the sites I buy, not turnkey. Sorry can't be more of a help then that.

Regarding articles, all articles will be present in the wordpress backend at the time of sale. All articles will be scheduled for next 6 months, I am using wordpress scheduler for this.

Regarding that, I'd put that clearly in the sales copy so people know they are done and ready... not promised for the future .
