I use DP for link sales. As long as your site has got good PR and a topic that's not too obscure you'll find buyers. It's one method I use to add quick value to a site to increase the revenue.

Found anywhere else to sell links? I always used to use DP too. Haven't really worked on small sites this year - so don't browse DP much these days. It started to get harder selling links there last time I tried.
I've just had a word with someone who's very active in the link selling business and they've pretty much confirmed what scrumpy's said above - as long as your site has (valid) PR, the niche isn't extremely dodgy and your asking price isn't outrageous you're almost guaranteed to find a buyer on DP.
That said - I too am keen to hear if there's any other good places for selling text links.
test-link-ads.com are pretty good if you have a quality site, even with their 50% commission you'll still get paid more than on DP.

yes I've been getting monthly payments from them for years. At times it was over $500 per month, now $100-150. Higher pr and alexa pays more. I only had sites with pr5+ and decent traffic there, so not sure about lower pr. But for those I get $30-50 per link per month (after their fees). Many of my sites got rejected too, even with high pr, so you never know.
I haven't really out much time/effort into link selling since I don't think it's a viable long term profit strategy, but it's a nice addition to ad revenue from your sites. Just make sure not to sell too many links as that will surely cause google penalties on quality sites and may drop your pr as well.
