FP - Selling a six figure site!

I have a six figure site that i just finished buiilding.
Its a review site and it has 25 reviews / 25urls
with each targeting different KWs

Should I sell the site off or try and raise money
for SEO? I guess the site is worth a lil bit above
$5k now but if I can show some earnings over
4-8 months it will surely appreciate but the problem
is the SEO thing.

Please advice

What exactly do you mean by "six figure site" ?

What are the earnings like right now?

Thanks guys... (guess i was actually sleeping when i wrote the topic)
The thing is, i'd love to leave the site and sell it for a six figure
but right now, it has little earning with much work and the links done
are just picking up. I was thinking of leaving it for the next couple
of months and sell or sell now.

I don't want to discourage you or anything - but in order to sell your site for $100k you will have to be able to show at least a monthly revenue of $7-$10k and have quite a bit of earnings history.

By the way - what are the site's earnings right now? Just curious how did you come up with the $5k valuation.

Well, i said its worth above $5k cause I know so
or let me say i think so.

The thing now is this, each url/page is targeting
a different KW (same niche though) and I am
to build links with those KW pointing to each url
which means 5KW for url/page. It's not an easy task
I'm thinking of using scrape box for that and then manual
link building for the main page

What puzzles me is that I've heard some $ figures and a whole lot of fluff about pages, keywords and whatnot - but I'm yet to see any revenue figures or even traffic figures for that matter. As I said above, I don't want to discourage you or anything but I would also hate to see people working on what they think is worth $x only to discover a few months and countless hours of hard work down the line that their valuation was completely off and what they've really been working on is a hamburger shop, rather than a Vegas casino.

This is why I asked about revenue, etc.
