FP - When/what/how/why/where to outsource? 5 Q's of outsourcing.

Outsourcing can be beneficial and profitable as well as harmful and full of loss.
The 5 main questions that must be asked before starting the outsourcing process are:

1. When to outsource?
2. What to outsource?
3. How to outsource?
4. Why to outsource?
5. Where to outsource?

All these 5 questions("5 Q's") must be thoroughly answered and a feasibility report be prepared so that outsourcing can be beneficial and profitable and not the other way round.

An experienced outsourcing person will always be careful in evaluating these 5 Q's and will never face a loss.

What do you guys say about that? Can you add any more Q's to the 5 Q's given above?

You use outsourcing in a number of cases - #1 - To perform a task/skill you do not have the expertise to do, #2 - To perform a task you do not have time to do, #3 - to perform a repetitive/mundane task #4 - Since your time is the most valuable commodity you have, it is often cheaper to hire someone to do the work so you can work on other more profitable things.

If it is a really simple outsource, go to fiverr.com, for larger and/or more complex task go to freelancer.com
