FP - What's the best deal on Flippa.com right now with a "Buy It Now" under $1,500 ?

OK, how about a little contest ??

We all know that the best way you to make money flipping web sites is to find "hidden gems" that are undervalued. You develop an "eye" for them if you do it long enough.

With that in mind, What do you think is the best deal on Flippa right now with a BIN under $1500 ? And Why ?

Please feel free to post more than 1 auction, but please do so in separate replies.

    Here are the conditions:

#1 No "self promotion" of your own auctions.
#2 If the price is over $400 the seller must accept Escrow as a payment method.

Make sure to include a link or the flippa auction number.

OK - I will start out the discussion. While I haven't studied this fully here would be a good candidate:

    https://flippa.com/2644984-bunder-of...monthly-profit

Seller is selling 5 developed blogs with traffic. Sites are currently monetized with the amazon affiliate program. Profits are claimed to be $200 per month and seller provides verified google analytics, and an amazon affiliate screenshot.

    The good:

    - Sites are receiving some pretty decent organic traffic
    - 5 domains being sold. Assuming the majority of the income is coming from 1 or 2 of the sites, those could be sold off and recoup of the initial investment.
    - Sites only appear to have 1 monetization method, meaning that possible other methods could instantly be added to dramatically increase the income by 50% or more, thereby instantly dramatically increasing the value of your investment. The site lends itself well to a variety of advertising methods and/or sponsorship
    - Site is slightly undervalued with a BIN price is at around 7.5 times monthly earnings.
    - flippa is showing a page rank 2, alexa rank at 1.5 million and 14,500 backlinks! Very good
    - Seller has 100% positive feedback and over 6K of history.

    The Bad:

    - Income is not being broken down among the 5 different sites being sold. And, could in fact be coming from any sites as amazon income is all combined into 1 screen shot.
    - Sites are not the most attractive I have seen. Would need to "tweak" the appearance a little

I'm not going to comment on the actual listing as I have to pop out in a minute, but:

    - Sites are not the most attractive I have seen. Would need to "tweak" the appearance a little
I would actually count this as a positive thing, because the fact that a site has an unattractive/bad design often times means that by having it redesigned (even by a freelancer for a few bucks) can increase revenue/CTR significantly.

Good point Bryan - especially dealing with adsense even a small increase in the click through rate can really boost income
