FP - What's the biggest tip you can give to a new trying to flip?

Especially like me I don't have the flipping e-book that Bryan and Thomas made awhile ago, I heard they sold it. & think I might have heard they were making a newer revised one?

Well with me not having any experience in this field, what would your #1 tip for me just starting?

You ask for one tip so you're going to get one tip (the best one, though):

Less reading/planning, more action/testing. Simple as The best way to learn is through practice (this is how I started) and there's already a whole bunch of useful tips and information here on FP so if you take half a day to go through some old thread in the site flipping section, as well as VIP, you'll have more than enough knowledge to get started!

And obviously, even though it's a good idea to jump in and get started - you've always got help from here if you get stuck. I'm not saying you won't make mistakes (you will) but with help from people with more experienced, you can keep these to a minimum and hopefully make a profit from your very first deal.
3 smart people here (in this thread) haha.. That really helps, and maybe something I'm passionate in to start off with. Like volleyball or golf niche lol.

That's a huge thing that I'm sure with help is this community, it's just I'm trying to find a way to get start up money to start flipping it up

Thanks so much, I feel me as a 16 year old can get a real head start in the flipping world if I start TODAY, not tomorrow! Haha... Thanks again man!

Start small... learn to spot undervalued websites, purchase one even if it's under a $100, then decide to hold it and increase the traffic and revenue for a month or two and then sell it, or sell it right away if you see an obvious profit margin. Just go for it!
Isn't Bryan gosh darn smart? Haha... Yeah, I hear a lot of people saying take action and accept failure, then you'll learn much from failure. Thanks man, this is helpful. Would you buy one cheap off flippa.com then hold and make it more profitable, then sell it?

Dangit, I should have asked for more Haha... I should do that, I'm all over the place, it's like I wanna do facebook ads, I wanna do fiverr, I wanna do site flipping, offline consulting and all that but I really need to stick to this and take more action than ever.

Thank you so much man, I really appreciate your help and just having this fantastic forum :-)
