I sold my first site around 3 years ago for whopping 95 bucks!
It was WP free template based site (not modified at all), with average keyword rich domain and poor content and you won't believe topic was DOG TRAINING! I think you are all familiar with this keyword :-))
But yeah it was my first "real" IM business. Everyone needs to start somewhere...

First site built from scratch, made $2K in one year and sold for $2,600 on Flippa. I realized quick which industry to get involved in and it's all thanks to constantly moving towards a goal and learning as you go. Now I've never looked back.

I sold my first website for €100,000 (not sure what that is in dollars in today's money). It was two years old at the time. We did pretty well out of it
I sold my first site for $170. Iam very happy at that moment. That's my first earning in IM also.
