FP - Website Seller Finance Agreement template?

Does anyone have an example of a contract used for seller finance of a website purchase? Are these typically done with a domain holding so that the domain transfer is made by a 3rd party once the buyer has made all payments?

Agreements vary massively, so you're best off getting a lawyer to draft one up. If the sale is relatively small (under $100k) I'd almost always try to get 100% cash. Financing small deals can be a nightmare.

There's no "standard" way to seller finance a deal so it really depends what the buyer and seller are happy with.

Can domain holding (like the Escrow provided service) be done as a % of revenues? What happens if there is a dispute on the dollar amount?
