I would be interested to hear various opinions on membership sites and your success or lack of with these sites...

To be more specific I will give you some examples....

There have been many people selling video packages that can be used as content for membership sites. I have noticed that some of them seem to be fairly decent quality and can be marketed to a select niche of people. Of course the website that comes with the package really need work to make them worth promoting, (ie custom graphic, rewriting of the sales letters and such) but in my opinion worth your time improving.

I am not ashamed to say that I have a few of these packages collecting cyber dust, and I also have one that is actually ready for promotion but I am curious to hear if any of you have had any success with making them profitable and then selling them off at a later date....
