We have this site from a very interesting niche - it is from web hosting niche. We have a lots of affiliates and we make $800/month. The best part is that few of the commission is recurring. The site has conversion rate of 5-10% for the traffic which is sent to the affiliates. It has 20k traffic and most of the traffic is of US, UK and Canada. The traffic source is organic searches through search engines. It is 7 months old and has some great links. We also acquired a lot of links though guest blogging as well. This site is a keyword domain and has 50+ completely unique articles.

Any feedback on what would be the correct price to sell it is welcome.
