    To answer your numbered questions.
    1. We don't use points there, we use the default vB reputation (and Thank Yous) but I'm taking steps to ensure those with quality posts here catch up with the rep level they are worth
    2. What's allowed in signatures at EP varies on post count. But I wouldn't worry about these things if I were you. We can work all this out.
    3. Club 25 doesn't seem to exist any more. As far as your other problems - I know of nobody at EP who has any of those problems. And if anyone reports a problem, it gets fixed pretty quickly.

    6. Yes, it's based on post count. Caveat: Some members here will see a reduction in their post count as there are a few threads/posts here that will get deleted in the next few days. (I suspect your account won't be affected and you'll get access to our VIP Lounge). I'll tell you now, our VIP Lounge is a resource that many here would pay good money for. Some of you have already paid thousands of dollars in course fees and seminars for a fraction of the knowledge we have in VIP. Even members at EP tell me I should charge a membership for VIP (and some of them would glad pay hundreds tomorrow). Also, if you qualify for VIP you can get private advice on your own sites, drop links much more freely, make posts that would be considered fluff elsewhere...there are a lot of benefits to VIP, but the biggest is the content we've already got there.
    7. All VIP threads here will move to VIP there.
    8. Much of the welcome section here would fail the fluff rule and I'm tempted to delete a lot of threads in this section. Those of you who would like your Welcome post saved, drop me a PM with a link to that thread and I'll ensure yours doesn't get deletd.
    9. No. I don't believe Thomas and Bryan have the time to be moderators. They more than qualify to volunteer (see thread). But mods need to have a lot of free time as the #1 job for moderators is not spam, it's helping others, making posts and channeling discussions. Thomas and Bryan have long standing accounts and EP and, I understand, will continue to post and participate there.

    The Flippingplanet domain will eventually be redirected to EP.

    What I regret is the losing of points from here. And to alleviate that I do have some plans. However, please bear in mind that at present those of you who've made fantastic posts have those posts sitting in a forum that's not very active and a forum where hardly anybody sees your posts (partly also because this forum restricts the number of threads unregistered visitors can see). In contrast, your posts will now be visible on EP, a forum that ranks very highly with Google, where threads quickly rise to page one; a forum where all links are dofollow and a forum where you'll get other intelligent people replying to your posts and providing valuable interaction. What would you prefer if you had a choice?

    Thank you. Look around a bit, you'll find a lot more threads like those. If you look in the Welcome section at EP you'll find that every newbie gets welcomed personally by a mod or an admin. If he's made a particularly good opening post multiple mods and admins reply to him! They do it voluntarily, it's not part of their "responsibilities". I have no doubt that those among you capable of intelligent posts, like succor's above, will really benefit from the move.

    Just to clarify: we'll still be around on EP. We just don't have the time to give FP the time it deserves so it made much more sense to merge with a forum we already know and use ourselves rather than just sell it to someone we don't know. It's not all about the money for us - so we hope everyone can see that the changes (whilst inconvenient in the short term) will actually be beneficial for the members as a whole going forward.

    EP has some very smart people so you'll all learn a lot.

    - Just a little confused. Exactly when are we to log in to EP to confirm our acceptance of their rules and procedures?
    - Once the transferring is done, will we be redirected to EP when attempting to log into FP and do I use my same log in info?
    - Until then do I continue to post here or go there now?

    This forum should move over in early April if my work goes to schedule. When you arrive at the FP domain and find yourself redirected to EP the changeover has happened. The login won't change.

    There is no formal acceptance of the EP rules. Once you start posting at EP it will be understood that you've familiarised yourself with the rules.

    Till the changeover please continue posting here rather than at EP.

    BTW - look forward to more activity.
    Have a browse around EP, you'll find a lot of activity going on. When you factor in high post quality and lack of fluff, our daily posting is probably equivalent to several thousands posts at some other forums.

    I'll import all the groups and all the posts from the groups.

    Bear in mind that members at EP need to have a post count of 40 to access Groups (and the VIP Lounge). Anyone from here with a post count of 40 will be able to continue accessing the groups imported from FP, but those without the requisite post count will not have access till their post count improves. I appreciate that, given the strict EP definition of fluff, it's not easy to build post count there. However, in the interest of fairness, I can't allow all low-post FP members access to material on EP that is not available to low-post EP members. They'll have to work on qualifying the normal way.

    I've had a couple of email contacts from FP members trying to register at EP. Please note that you do not need to do anything. After the merger anyone with a valid account here will automatically get a valid account at EP.

    Glad to hear the decision to just merge with a more active and successful forum and not being sold to someone else and end up going nowhere.

    Also, I'm assuming that in order to be VIP in EP, we should have at least 40 quality posts here in FP, and not just some spam, right? I hope someday I could contribute more quality post and be a VIP as I'll be focusing on this business and hopefully will be long term

    Kazuma, you are correct, the qualification for VIP Lounge access is the same for FP members as it is for EP members i.e. 40 posts that pass our anti-fluff rule. All members here will likely see some change in their post count by the time the merger happens.

    Kazuma, thanks for your post. We're almost there. Lots of work has been going on in the background to prepare both sites for the move. Ken (the other EP admin) and I have been spending all our available time on this and it's a much bigger job than it looks. We hope to have it all done in the next few days and I have prepared a press release which is timed to go out next week. It's great that members here are raring to get into action!
