I misclicked somewhere in Dynadot and found myself in their forums - noticed they have started a section about Sitespinner. Hmmm I thought Hmmm, wotsis then?
So I looked and found it was, unsurprisingly, a sitebuilding system. Whereas it is aimed at the "dummies" end of the market, there is a "pro" version that purports to knock out sites optimised for mobile devices, and also will generate a finished site in some form of HTML. The ordinary version does not have these features, and appears to provide output in the Persona Non Grata format.
As a significantly out of date person, I am always intrigued when I find something that looks like it might make life easier for me. I realise that these mobile devices are becoming of increasing importance, but I have, as yet, not discovered what makes a site amenable to mobile devices in the first place.
Couple that to age related learning problems and you might understand why I find the easiest way to find out if the darn thing is useful is to post a link to the free trial download page and wait for responses to the questions -
Is this system useful, and will it make our lives easier?
I feel certain that some young hotshots will come along and work out what the thing can do ... I'm also wondering if sites built with the free trial version will die when the trial expires.
