Does anyone know how Flippa calculates that 60% of sites listed there get sold?

On their homepage they say "60% Websites Sold Last 3 Months"

But if you check a random 100 listings from a couple of months ago, it looks like most sites listed at Flippa don't sell (perhaps because they are low quality sites, trademark violations or some other reason).

Does anyone know how Flippa calculates this percentage?

do they firstly deduct any which have been removed for violations etc. - and therefore the 60% is 60% of those that sell - fail to sell...?

They have some creative ways of coming up with numbers. We've seen that in other threads here.

I appreciate that their use of numbers is somewhat creative sometimes, but I'd like to know what creativity was used here so I can get my head around where the "real" percentage lies. I considered that possibly the invalid/illegal/removed auctions were not included in the total count. Fair enough, but the number of auctions removed is relatively small so shouldn't make much of a difference.
