OK, so as some of you are aware, I make my day to day living as an IT consultant for the Canadian federal gov't. Budgets were cut for this year to cut our deficit back down to size so the first people to go are the consultants so off I went, and off I've been since April 1st. The weathers been abnormally nice so I've been slacking off and enjoying myself instead of being productive.

These key phrases break down as follows (all based on exact match):

- Average global search count: 4252
- Median global search count: 3600
- Average CPC: 1.30
- Median CPC: 1.25
- Average Strength of Competition: 0 - SOC is defined as the number of pages that have the target keyword at the same time in page title, in url and in anchor text
For obvious reasons I can't share the exact keywords in this post but if any SEO people would be kind enough to take a deeper look into the keywords for me I'd be happy to provide some via PM.
So any help would be greatly appreciated.
