That's a very good point, that suggestion without clarification does seem misleading and in light of legalities probably does need some clarification. Always be very careful of claims you make about your brand both for legal and quality reasons. The internet is full of fake reviews, rambling pages waxing lyrical about how this website is the best place to buy your viagra and so on. Even in light of my suggestion one should ensure it ticks certain boxes, with regard to quality of content. My preference goes something like this.
.Ensure it has decent information, even if not ground breaking.
.Be certain to share some kind of fact or knowledge that you can latch a call to action onto.
.A call to action that leads the clicker to the right location with access to what was just offered
So where I speak about writing something as a content customer, obviously if one was writing a sales pitch as ones business it would be far more based on business statistics, price variables, why we are best. If your writing it as a third part it enables you to couch the article on the grounds of when I went looking for quality website hosting, I found xyz, YZ and were really good and did you slowdive's hosting services offers it FREE click here.
Most importantly make sure what you are doing is legal, not because its ethical but because losing a good page or satellite address because some one managed to make enough noise to have it removed is a pain. The time may yet come when consumer protection groups start pulling websites and owners over the coals and although that may not seem an issue today. I build websites to last years and grow and my little SEO experiment of today could be my 20k a month website in three years.
