Is there a market for this?

We own a lot of generic UK domains, many dropped by former site owners so have worthwhile links.

For many of these we have built minisites (e.g 5 or so pages of decent quality content). The sites generally rank for one or two keywords and have some modest traffic - e.g. 20 visitors per day. To be blunt, we have then used some of the sites to sell ads / links - obviously for SEO benefit. Some sites have taken off and we have developed them out more fully. This has worked quite well.

There is a limit to the number of sites we can manage ourselves so just wondering, if there is a market out there for potential purchasers of minisites which are built in this way.

    Thoughts please?

    Thanks
    Stephen.

There is a market for everything, however asking for a value on a mini-site is not that disimilar for asking for a valuation on a major site. The only thing I know is you have skimmed all the instant winners of the top and they are not generating much traffic.

A site without traffic is never going to have a large value unless for some reason its a domain name I just have to have. However with some content and still no traffic it hints at the domain name not being worth all that much.
If they are all in a similar niche they may be worth a little more. Basically a site without traffic is never going to be worth more than a few hundred to me unless the domain is a killer.
    My take anyway

There is always a market for a small site that has a little traffic, but they usually sell for small money, and a Flippa fee can take a big bite out of it. Selling them on EP might be worthwhile.

I work on the basis that if I want to keep a domain name because i think it may be worth selling down the line I would like it to bring in enough revenue to at least cover its own costs until that time arrives. If it can turn a tidy profit that is a bonus
On the other hand if I want it as a source of income then it needs to bring a lot more profit, ideally several times cost

There is a market for this but there are a couple of things working against you. Most of the people who will be interested will also have many 5 or 6 page sites, they will know what they are worth to them, they will know how much it costs to do something similar in both time and $$$. I would consider it like the difference between the "end user" and "reseller" pricing of domain names. To the right person its worth this but to everyone else it is worth a lot less. Id get some provable earnings on one of them for a few months and then try to sell it.
