Changes related to the threads and members imported from FlippingPlanet

Four months ago we welcomed all members, and threads, from the FlippingPlanet.com forum which was merged with this one.

Initially, all FlippingPlanet threads were organised here in sub-forums. So, for example, the FP due-diligence threads were in a FP subforum here under our Due Diligence forum.

Now that some time has passed we are closing those FP subforums and all those threads have moved over to our regular forums. You'll know an ex-FP thread by the prefix. For example, The shortlist of things to consider before buying a site is now called FP - The shortlist of things to consider before buying a site.

So if you see an FP prefix to a thread title, you'll know what it's about.

Also, ex-FP members please note: As of next week you'll fall under all EP rules. Concessions have expired. Those of you who haven't posted should find that you still have active accounts and your accounts haven't been made dormant as is the normal practise here. That will change. When an account goes dormant you lose several privileges including PMs, signature rights etc. We had other concessions such as allowing you into the VIP Lounge with post counts of just 40. That will change as well. Most ex-FP members aren't visiting or posting, but I thought it only fair to announce this publicly before implementing the changes as those accounts will all be going dormant shortly.
