Matt Mickiewicz speaking at SXSW

Flippa has sent an email out inviting people to this page "to vote for Flippa's presentation". Apparently Matt Mickiewicz (or Matt Mickievicz as it's spelled in the email) is going to be speaking on all these topics about buying and selling websites:

Who should investigate buying & selling websites?
Where can you find quality assets for sale?
How do you conduct due diligence before a purchase to protect your investment?
Case studies of acquisitions (including prices & key stats).
What's a fair price to pay for small blogs, forums & communities?

OLechat, not that it would be your job but any chance when the talk is finished there could be a video or transcript? I would love to see what Matt has to say about number 2.Where can you find quality assets for sale?

I (unfortunately) won't be at SXSW myself, but I imagine there will be a recording, and I'll be happy to post it here afterwards.

In the meantime, I hope you've gone and voted for the Flippa presentation

I had received this email from The Flippa Team, but did not vote due to not intending to attend this conference. Now that there is incentive to do so, the ability to view the presentation online, voting has a purpose and a reward

The SXSW Panel Picker voting requires a sign in to be able to vote, which means you would need to sign up at SXSW. This is a very simple process, that only asks for name, email, and selection of a password. It is a double opt-in, so the email address must be valid as they will send a link to authenticate. The vote page has 3652 results, so I typed Flippa into the search box and clicked on the Thumps Up to vote.

Voting is not as simple as clicking on a link in an email (and the Flippa email does say you would need to sign up to vote). Knowing the extra effort to place the vote will be rewarded with access to an online seminar from one of the Flippa founders makes this worthwhile. I would like to see this presentation occur regardless of SXSW voting results.
